GLS 25-40-63 A

GLS Lighting Busbar is ideal for use in warehouses, retail outlets, industrial buildings, hospitals and similar locations. The electrical lighting distribution system is typically used when a fast, flexible, and economical installation is required. All the components of the GLS lighting busbar trunking system are simply plug together. The taps off unit can be quickly removed and moved, this makes it a far more flexible and low-cost option in comparison to trunking and cable lighting methods. J SERIES 63-100 -160 A

J SERIES busbars with aluminium or copper conductors are available with ratings 63 – 100 and 160 A, in 5P execution with dedicated PE. The ideal product for use in all fields where is necessary to supply low power energy with plug-in points. The tap off boxes, availables in 32 A and 63 A, can be easily removed or moved, allowing more flexibility and lower installation costs. Easy and fast compared to the cable system.

GDA 63 – 2500 A

GDA busbars with aluminum or copper conductors, available from 63 A to 2500 A, are ideal for use in factories, factories and many other sectors where it is necessary to provide junction outputs, or where flexibility is required in moving machinery without additional costs. installation. ISOLSBARRA 630 – 6300 A

ISOLSBARRA is a high power, prefabricated busbar system with insulated conductors, from 630 A to 6300 A, for both indoor and outdoor use with a protection degree ranging from IP42 – IP68. Like K series and GDA power busbar, Isolbarra can be supplied with either copper or aluminium conductors.

The conductors are individually insulated and protected by a strong PVC sheath, but this sheathing can be changed to fibreglass on request. Isolsbarra is supplied in standard 4m lengths in order to minimise the number of joints and therefore the installation time.

We can supply any lenght on request.

K SERIES 800-5000 A

K SERIES busbars are available from 800 A up to 5000 A and are appropriated for power transportation and distribution in commercial and industrial buildings even in restricted spaces. This Busbar trunking system is compact and can be installed edgewise, flat or vertically. K SERIES busbars can be supplied with aluminum or copper conductors. The conductors are insulated with suitably pre-shaped, self-extinguishing V TM-0 halogen free polyester double film, in thermal class B complying with EN 60695-2 -10. The standard protection degree is  IP42 and can be increased up to IP55. The aluminum housing provides protection and mechanical seal of the conductors. The matte black painting increase the heat dissipation along the line. The standard length of the straight element is 4 meters to minimize the number of joints and in consequence the installation time. On request can be supplied any other custom size.

ISOLFLEX 630-6300 A

For the low voltage electrical connection between busbar and transformers, switchboards, alternators or motors, the best solution is flexible connections. The use of the flexibles reduces the transfer of the vibrations between the two parts and guarantees stability and duration in time of the installation and connections.  The specially designed shape of the flexibles allows position adjustments (up to 30 mm) without removing already installed parts.

GMT 7,2 -24 kV

GMT busbars are dedicated for the transport of medium voltage electricity. GMT busbars are available from 800 A to 6000 A, suitable for indoor and outdoor use with protection degrees IP42 or IP68. GMT lines can be supplied with aluminium or ETP 99,9% copper conductors. The standard length of the straight element is 2 m. On request can be supplied  any other customized size.

Multicondutor 50-300 A – Trolley

The trolley Multiconductor RN7 is a combination of flexibility and efficiency. Up to 7 conductors could be placed inside RN7 PVC housing. The standard length is 4 meters. Any shorter length than 4 meters is available. The principle of free expansion of the conductor and of the conductors guarantees the possibility of an unlimited length of the installation. The elements can be supplied with a rubber gasket with the protection degree IP44, to limit the penetration of dust and liquids is minimal, ensuring continuous reliability.

PRODUCTOR 50-400 A

The Pro-Ductor trolley is specifically designed for heavy duty tasks performed in automated warehouses. The standard length is 4 meters. Any shorter length than 4 meters is available. Sections are connected via the click and block system. No need of drilling or screws. Up to 4 conductors can be placed inside PR4 PVC housing, up to 7 conductors inside PR7 PVC housing and up to 10 conductors inside PR10 PVC housing. It is possible to combine conductors for power supply and signal transmission.
